A note from the owner

I started Luvo Labs to run a retail business the way I would want to be treated as a supplier: honest about where we sell, disciplined about pricing, and easy to reach. We are small on purpose. Every account we open is one I can service personally, from the first purchase order to the last customer message.

How the business runs

Six steps, one owner. Each one is written down so a partner knows exactly what to expect.

  1. Sourcing

    Purchase orders for brand accounts go to the brand directly or to distributors the brand has authorized. Every unit bought for a brand account has an invoice behind it.

  2. Receiving and inspection

    Shipments arrive at our dedicated receiving and storage space in Dalton, Ohio, or go to Amazon fulfillment centers when a brand's program calls for it. Product received here is inspected; damaged or short-dated product is pulled.

  3. Listing

    Products are listed as Wilder Picks with brand-supplied images and copy, the UPC and model number, and current specifications. No new product pages, bundles, or multipacks without consent.

  4. Fulfillment

    Most Amazon orders ship through FBA. eBay orders and merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders ship from Dalton, Ohio with tracking.

  5. Customer service

    Buyer messages are answered by the owner within one business day. Warranty and technical questions go to the brand; complaints are reported back.

  6. Reporting

    Sell-through, inventory on hand, and marketplace account-health snapshots are available to any partner on request.

Luvo Labs LLC is registered with the Ohio Secretary of State. Our legal name, address, phone, and email are the same on this site, on our marketplace seller profiles, and on every form we sign. The registration, EIN confirmation, vendor's license, resale certificate, and owner identification come with every account application.
