This policy explains what information Luvo Labs LLC ("Luvo Labs", "we") collects through luvolabs.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. This website is an informational site for brands, distributors, and customers. It does not sell products or process payments. Purchases from Luvo Labs are made on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay), and those transactions are governed by the marketplace's own privacy policy.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, company, role, email address, phone number, website, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to process a wholesale or reseller relationship you have asked about, and to keep a record of our business correspondence.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use PostHog analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type). Analytics runs only after you accept cookies in the banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and respond to you: our hosting provider, our email provider, and, where configured, the automation or CRM tools that deliver form submissions to our inbox. Each provider processes information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our partners, or the public.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and are rate-limited and screened for automated abuse. Because no payments are taken on this site, we never ask for or store card numbers, bank details, or government identification through the website. Business documents exchanged during an account application are shared directly with the requesting party by email, not through this site.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to manage the business relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's standard retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can decline analytics cookies at any time using the banner, or clear them in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email jesse@luvolabs.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business visitors and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
